More than 90% of the wine production are made by four types of grape : Chasselas, producing Fendant, Rhin or Sylvaner for the Johannisberg, Gamay and Pinot Noir when mixed give Dôle.

In addition to these, many specialities are produced in this area: Petite Arvine, Amigne, Marsanne, Malvoisie, Humagne, Muscat, Païen, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Cornalin, Syrah, Diolinoir, Merlot and Gamaret.

All these specialities can be discovered and tasted at La Grange. The ounce’s service (half a decilitre) gives you the opportunity to taste different wines of the Wallis region at your leisure.
